AIReadyAssessment is designed to assess CVs against job descriptions and provide application-improvement guidance. CVs can contain sensitive personal information, so upload only information necessary for the task.
Information processed
Depending on enabled features, the service may process your email address, uploaded CV, target job title and job description, assessment results, generated documents, order status and technical records needed for security and troubleshooting.
How information is used
Information is used to operate the requested assessment, produce results, deliver purchased services, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures and measure aggregated service performance. The final production notice must name the operating entity and disclose enabled subprocessors and AI providers.
AI providers
Assessment text may be sent to configured third-party model providers to complete the requested analysis. Provider retention and training settings must be reviewed and documented before launch. Do not upload information you lack permission to share.
Retention and deletion
A target retention policy is to delete raw uploads and derived content after a published, limited retention period unless needed for an active order or legal obligation. Exact timelines and a deletion contact must be configured before production launch.
Security
The service should use private storage, restricted access, HTTPS, rate limits and minimal logging. No online service can promise absolute security. Reported security issues should be sent to the operator contact, which must be published before launch.
Your choices
